This is a locale-defined setting. Locales are stored in directory wa-system/locale/data/. You may create a new locale for your language as described here using existing locale files as examples: http://www.webasyst.com/help/1135/user-interface-translation/
After you have created a new locale, select it in the settlement settings for your online storefront.
